Availability of MVP / first sales
Companies registered in any jurisdiction with English law to sign a SAFE agreement (e.g.: MFCA, ACRA, DIFC, etc.).
Startups from Central Asia, Caucasus and Mongolia
*If there is no SAFE agreement signed within the first month, the startup will not receive funding and will not be able to continue acceleration.
Investments and
cost of participation
Each startup that qualifies for the program receives a $200,000 investment from MOST Accelerator Fund for a 10% stake. The funding is structured according to the SAFE model and is provided in three tranches throughout the program.

  • Month 1: $100,000

    ▪️ Of this, $50,000 is used to cover the cost of participation in the program.
    ▪️ The remaining $50,000 is used to develop the startup (registration, first steps, launching tests, etc.).
  • Month 2: $50,000

    ▪️ Subject to active participation and meeting individual acceleration goals.
  • Month 3: $50,000

    ▪️ Based on product progress, metrics, and readiness to scale.
